Aister 'oo' Sheep & Yarn

Our Shetland Sheep are gorgeous (we are biased, we know!)  The natural colours of their fleece is so beautiful and once they are sheared in June/July, their fleece will make up these beautiful, natural, Lambswool colours of Aister ‘oo’.  Some of the white fleece is also dyed to make the beautiful colours of yarn too.

The Mackenzie family wish to announce that as of today (08th July 2023), our lovely Farm Shop & Cafe building will close.  We would like to thank everyone who was involved in making our 12-year journey the amazing adventure that it was. Whatever lies ahead for the building, we hope that it remains a community hub as that is why we started it - local people helping in their local community.

We've been out in the Community of Cunningsburgh & Sandwick delivering groceries for those who aren't able to get out, due to the snow.  

It was all going so well until I parked the Ford Ranger in a drain!  Never mind - what doesn't make you rich, makes you wise :-)
